Joshua Rothenberg, CEO | Founder

Joshua is a 15+ year Alternative Lending veteran whose efforts were instrumental in growing Strategic Funding Source from $20M to over $400M in annual capital allocations. With his ability to harness production from existing sales channels as well as draw in and promote new relationships through innovative process management and product suites, Joshua was an integral part of the management team that catapulted Strategic into the forefront of the industry. Josh is highly connected in the Alternative Lending space and is knowledgeable in risk management and unit economics. With nearly $1bn of transactions managed, he has become an expert in underwriting, syndication, opportunity identification, and business workflow to maintain a profitable business for investors.
